Women in Balaclavas! These 2 sets are part of a long session of playing I did last October at a friend’s housewarming party, on a street called Balaclava. The aforementioned friends are also beautiful ladies so I think this cover is fitting in more ways than one. There is a great variety of stuff on here, and it was really fun to play for the party and keep people interested and dancing. Lots of indie dance, edits, disco and funk, with some house in the mix as well. It was a great time! Thanks B and A…

Whatup y’all? Here’s the 2nd installment in my “last night on earth” series. It’s a week late, but here it is! This recording is from my rotational gig in North Vancouver at a fantastic little restaurant lounge called The District Social Establishment. It starts with some mushroom jazz and hip hop grooves, moves through some afro funk and then glides on into that good old mid tempo disco steez! Enjoy!
