This is the tail end of an epic 5 hour set from a small party I played at in Gibsons, on the sunshine coast of BC… Rennie Foster played a killer set after me as well! Travels between disco, afro-tribal stuff and house with a couple classics in the pot for good measure!

Women in Balaclavas! These 2 sets are part of a long session of playing I did last October at a friend’s housewarming party, on a street called Balaclava. The aforementioned friends are also beautiful ladies so I think this cover is fitting in more ways than one. 
There is a great variety of stuff on here, and it was really fun to play for the party and keep people interested and dancing. Lots of indie dance, edits, disco and funk, with some house in the mix as well. It was a great time! Thanks B and A…

The first offerings in the “Last Night On Earth” series are two excerpts from my bi-weekly night @ The Whip Gallery Restaurant on 6th Ave (@ Main) in Vancouver. It’s a fun place to play where there is quite a bit of freedom for musical direction.
Set A starts with some classic downtempo beats and moves into some slow deep disco.
